I dont feel so good....

Hi everyone, I dont feel so good.
So i came to the only place i feel at home, and thats wrestling.
I will try to toughen up, but thats not to easy right now, in the mean time, tips on wrestling might make me feel better.
If thats ok with all of you?

Oh and btw, i already know about chaining, anything besides that please?

again watch Ric Drasin. He does more than just chaining. He teaches basics and stuff. Also, learn match flow. If you don't know what that is here's how it works (I'm working on this myself so yeah haha)

you're 13, you have years to learn wrestling. if you have no cofidnece you won't get anywhere
