Big bosses????

Seriously, whats the deal with them? I think we should remove pretty much all of them, maybe exept one or two... Lots of the big bros are inactive, and so many mods just makes this forum look bad. Especially since we already got four active admins which keep order in this forum. And please Shawn, dont make every wrestler you think is good a mod...

I just wants to hear everyones opinion about this...

I think basically people who aren't active... should be asked to either come back... de-modding them will work to start with but they need to be asked to come back because its their help as well what we need to get a community running

carls got a point.... im sure shawn knows most of the big bosses so im sure he can get in touch n ask them 2 come back or loss their highpower on bywrulz.... also whos in favour of promoting rizz upto a bigboss cose tbh he attrackted alot of attention 2 bywrulz n its only fair he started to get a bit higher in the ranks on here

So to be honest Flame. I'm barely on my own site anymore so blaming me for giving out unnecessary power right now when this has been like this for 6 months is unnecessary.

Anywho, I don't care what you guys decide to do. I'm busy with other stuff to worry about this right now.

Im not blaming you for anything Shawn, but im talking about when this forum had just started up, and you made the few ICW/CCW guys which joined this forum mods because they are "better" than the rest of the forum, instead of making Robb Haize, or the Rizz mods which would be a clearly better choice since they have been pretty much active the entire time.

I mean no offensive by this Shawn, but i just think that wasnt a good decision, and me bringing this up now isnt because they got unnesesary powers, but because they dont come on BywRulz anymore...

Anyways, i think Carl makes a good mod, and i guess we maybe should make someone else moderators to...

Fine, ive sent pm's to the four people im considering to move from being a mod to a member. I doubt that King BW will come back since he's got 19 posts overall... The same goes for Dee Miller, but he still visits the forum sometimes. But Zaq and Matt were pretty good as mods, so i really hope they come back. They got until this friday, the 29th of October to respond if they still want to be active on BywRulz, or if they would like to get removed from the mod posision.
