My New Years Resolution

Okay in 2011 i want to get healthy: working out, eating healthy, and all that good jazz. So I hear I am a excellent cook, and I am a big eater. So what i wanna do is record my journey and also record me cooking healtheir food and break down step by step and try out some cool recipes. So who would be interested in this??

Sounds interesting. I'm basically doing the same thing, weight loss wise.

Hell i've got to say one thing mate. You have to indulge once in a little while though. Can't just stay on a weight loss diet all the time... you get what i'm saying?

I eat pretty well. I just try to substitute anything especially bad with better quality ingredients. For example, I have wheat bread instead of white and wheat tortillas instead of flour. One really healthy meal I have a lot consists of a wheat tortilla, nonfat refried beans, and maybe a bit of salsa or avocado depending on what I have.

Wrestle for them, anyway. They might have you job for a while, but there's a lot you could learn from them. I would love to have more experienced wrestlers to learn from, but Tricky Stycks and I have been going the longest out of any yarders in Colorado and the other yarders suck ass, anyway.

By the way, sweet potato fries are like magic.

Personally im a HUGE chicken lover. But it's odd that i don't like fried chicken. But i have developed like a shit load of tasty chicken recipes. Mainly my thing is portion control, i still eat alot of the same foods just in smaller portions and i don't do any fried foods.

meh i gess i could go their 4 training but i think it will be a few years till im gd enoth to wrestle their lol

I'm sure they could help you through a couple of matches.. They seem like decent guys.

Another diet tip: Apparently staving off on hyper sweetened or high fat foods (anything fast food, candy, etc.) for a while and drinking a lot of water can help restore your tastebuds, so that regular foods will taste better again. Naturally, vegetables and shit should be more flavorful, but we wreck our mouths with crap like Super Flaming Hot Cheetos. Unfortunately, I think resorting your tastebuds also increases sensitivity to hot and spicy foods, but come on, the heat is the real fun of hot wings.

OK!!! i have made my mind up... im ganna hit the gym get in a shape a bit then ganna stroll down 2 AGW and go "HAY... Train me so i can beat Chad Dayfield" then i will become the AGW champ and bywrulz promo champ and be the greatest byw in history... or something to that extent XD
