Alright, so I'm wrestling with a new promotion now and the owner is trying to convince me to use my inverted headlock takeover into a crossface as a finisher, but I don't think it looks quite strong enough. So I wanted your opinion on a few other spots I've used and I just want to know what you think would make the best finisher.
1.) First, just look at my avatar. That's a Cloverleaf with a Liontamer-esque kneel to the head. I love it a lot, but he's afraid that the heftier guys in our promotion, of which there are a lot, wouldn't be flexible enough to take it. If you want to see the actual footage of it, go to 12:26 of this match:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMuB8y_Qzh0.2.) Go to 4:36 of this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEixD1HsIQE. It's the first time I used the inverted headlock takeover into a crossface. The one I used in the ring was a little sloppy, hence why I showed you this one.
3.) Now go to 5:06 of the same video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEixD1HsIQE. This was recommended to me once on GBYWN. The first move in the sequence was my old finisher, but the GBYWN user suggested I chain together other moves. In that clip, I use first a backbreaker, then a spinning complete shot sort of deal, and then I roll over into that submission I called Everlasting Agony at the time. Other ideas I've had for this include the same backbreaker, then a Mic Check and finished off with a Koji Clutch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfQ9YCvnVSU).
4.) Finally, this is a Fisherman Buster that's been a signature for a while, but a GBYWN user once suggested could make a good finisher. It's at 1:38 of this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xv6ubhx3p6E.I also considered using an indy kick (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0X0-JQLgyu4), but I haven't been able to get enough air for it in the ring yet.
Sorry this was a long read. Of course I can have multiple finishers, but this is more asking what should be my primary one, the one I go for the most often and kind of build my work around. Let me know what you think.
