| What do you guys do to work out and what are your goals in fitness?
I want to start P90 tomorrow and hopefully get back around the mid 180's (I'm 191 now) by the time I make my pro debut for a fed I'm getting training from in less than two weeks. I don't expect my first match to come until a few weeks later, though.
I'm also going to waive off soda and eat less fast food.
My ultimate goal is to get in great shape, though my more immediate one is to look decent with my shirt off when wrestling. We just recorded Red Sun Rising II and my gut was bigger than it was at The Ascent, which, up until now, was the worst shape I've ever been in. I have shiny new shorts, I don't want to wear a t-shirt with them, it looks tacky. I also would like to look good for my senior year and for the end of my junior year, which comes in May. | |

| Well i run evryday that i dont wrestle, simply because i want to be able to run faster for a longer time lol, and of course i try to not get in bad shape | |

| well i walk to college which is a good mile away from my house.... pump some weights now and then..... eat loads of kebabs and pizzas and put all the weight back on! lol | |

| here would be my advice 4 u "adrian"
you dont necessarily have to eat less, just better foods and NO drinks with sugar
and when you lift, do less weight at higher reps, trust me | |

| Eat lots of fast food, do nothing at all, drink what ever you want and you will be ripped.
Oh wait, that only works for me, I don't have to work out to look good. | |

and when you lift, do less weight at higher reps, trust me I might just use the resistance bands P90 comes with, though I honestly hate them and my weight set. I only have enough weights to go to twenty pounds on each bar, while the bands are difficult to position. I just want the super cool weights that you like turn a knob on, then pull from its stand and it has the weight you set it at with the knob. | |

| Free weights is where it's at, I hate stupid machines and shit for working out, I alwyas have goten better results from free weights. | |

| I want those neat weights from I think Beach Body that you place in a mount, and then turn a knob on it to adjust the weight. My weights are really inconvenient to adjust during work outs, especially since I only have a total of forty pounds to distribute between them. | |

| Just finally got leg weights today. WOO! This will come REALLY in handy while working on my stamina. | |
